    Hello sweet ladies,

    I am so thrilled to circle with all of you this coming Monday for our Radiance of the Rose workshop, a journey to reignite the path of the heart. We will meet the mysteries of the rose and unfurl into our own potential by activating the rose codes within us.

    For our session please have the following prepared:

    ♡ a quiet and uninterrupted space where you can sit, move and lay down freely and comfortably

    ♡ a candle and incense for smudging (copal, sage, palo santo or whatever you may have)

    ♡ one red rose (if possible)

    ♡ a floral essential oil of your choice

    ♡ a glass of drinking water

    ♡ journal and pen

    Please give yourself 15-minutes after our workshop and ceremony for your own integration.

    The session will be between 1.5-2 hours long.

    I am so looking forward to meeting all of you angels and awakening magic within.

SACRED TASKS

  • Vielleicht möchtest du die nächsten Tage ganz aktiv darauf achten, wie du deinem Spiegelbild begegnest. Versuche mindestens 1x am Tag mit all deiner Präsenz in den Spiegel zu schauen und zu beobachten, was hoch kommt.

  • Vielleicht magst du deine Brüste ab und an während deiner morgendlichen oder abendlichen Routine (genauso wie dein Gesicht) eincremen und massieren. Fühle hier auch deine Schmerzpunkte und sei ganz liebevoll und achtsam mit dir.

  • Was hallt nach der Session noch nach?

    Wie hast du dich heute im Spiegel betrachtet?

    Welche Gedanken sind präsent, wenn du in die Spiegel schaust?

    Was hast du heute gefühlt, wenn du deine Brüste massierst?
